These Personalized Door Plaques are hand-made from top to bottom, starting with a piece of clear pine with a routed and sanded edge. Each image is imprinted with your family name, laminated and then sealed to the pine plaque making your plaque weather resistant! 

   Each personalized name plaque is approximately 8 x 10 in size, each of the following images are printed in full color.

  Hanging chain and hooks are included with each personalized door plaque.
